WATCH: Space Coast Daily’s Karina Connor ran into one of @Route 1 Motorsport’s customers with a Can-Am Maverick up in Titusville and took a ride to some cool spots in North Brevard, this ride specifically was around Alligator Creek, a spot most locals know, but tourists are lucky to find. This is one of many creeks in the area with awesome dirt/sand trails wrapping around them for riders and fishermen alike.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – One thing that’s great about living on the Space Coast is there is so much to do outdoors, along with endless open areas and trails to explore. There are even more possibilities and open roads to explore with a recreational vehicle, whether paved, gravel, sand, dirt, or, as we Floridians like to call it after a good rain, mudding. These are all just a short drive away.
Check out some great areas to explore on and off road below and see some footage from some trails off the beaten path on the Space Coast in Northern Brevard County.
Whether you already have a recreational vehicle you love and want to spice it up with accessories, up-to-date technology, customized audio equipment, or just need to run a routine service, @Route 1 Motorsports has a fantastic service department.
This ride took place in the Can-Am Maverick from Route 1 Motorsports and started at the tip of Max Brewer Bridge and went over the bridge down State Road 406, where we first stopped at Black Point Wildlife Drive, but they were under construction, so luckily we were with a seasoned local who knew of all sorts of trails you can ride nearby.
We only had about 30 minutes to kill for this trip, so we headed West coming from Black Point Drive and took a left about 1- 2 miles before Max Brewer Bridge to take a quick loop around Alligator Creek, where the roads were made of mostly dirt and sand. Great areas to pull off and stop and enjoy the stunning views of the creek, see birds flying by, and enjoy the cool breeze on this beautiful windy day.

We were wearing these awesome helmets also from Route 1 Motorsports that had Bluetooth mics that connected, which we really didn’t need because surprisingly, although you could, of course, hear the hum of the engine, the Can-Am Maverick engine wasn’t very loud when we were cruising so it was easy to hear each other and have a conversation.
