Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Suspect For Possession of Cocaine, Possessing Multiple Firearms During Felony

Last night while we were all sleeping safe and sound in our beds, Deputy Kyle Schuck or “Mama There Goes That Man” as we call him in our H.I.T. episodes, was out keeping us safe by taking Xavier Thomas off our streets for everything from possession of crack cocaine to possessing multiple firearms during the commission of a felony. BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Last night while we were all sleeping safe and sound in our beds, Deputy Kyle Schuck or “Mama There Goes That Man” as we call him in our H.I.T. episodes, was out keeping us safe by taking Xavier Thomas off our streets for everything from possession of crack cocaine to possessing multiple firearms during the commission of a felony.

The arrest occurred after Deputy Schuck conducted a traffic stop on Thomas’s vehicle or more like mobile drug store in the 3000 block of Brophy Blvd. in Cocoa for illegal window tint.

Upon approaching the vehicle, Deputy Schuck could smell the odor of burnt cannabis and things took off from there!!

A subsequent search of the vehicle produced two large bags of cannabis, a weigh scale consistent with the sale and delivery of narcotics, additional drug paraphernalia, an AK-47, and a pistol with armor-piercing ammunition.

Thomas was also found to have on him and in his immediate possession, 21.3 grams of Crack Cocaine, 20 Suboxone Packets, 2 small bags of Cannabis, 5 Oxycodone, and $3305 in US Currency!!

A subsequent search of the vehicle produced two large bags of cannabis, a weigh scale consistent with the sale and delivery of narcotics, additional drug paraphernalia, an AK-47, and a pistol with armor-piercing ammunition. (BCSO Image)

Deputy Schuck was kind enough to seize all of the items as evidence and then give Thomas a free ride to “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge” where we had a nice room with no view waiting on him.

Thomas’s guaranteed room reservation package came with a “No Bond” status for Possession of Cocaine With The Intent To Sell, Possession of Marijuana With The Intent To Sell, Possession of Suboxone With The Intent To Sell, Possession of Oxycodone With The Intent To Sell, Possession of a Firearm During The Commission of a Felony, Open Carry of a Firearm, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Thomas’s guaranteed room reservation package came with a “No Bond” status for Possession of Cocaine With The Intent To Sell, Possession of Marijuana With The Intent To Sell, Possession of Suboxone With The Intent To Sell, Possession of Oxycodone With The Intent To Sell, Possession of a Firearm During The Commission of a Felony, Open Carry of a Firearm, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. As an added bonus, Deputy Schuck also seized his money for forfeiture, so unfortunately Thomas is not gonna have any money in his inmate account to buy honey buns and shower sundries from the canteen.

I could not be more proud of Deputy Schuck and our entire team for all they do to keep our community safe and sound while we are sleeping!!
