Eastern Florida State College to Host Region 8 Women’s Soccer Conference Tournament

No.1 Titans come in with a 3-1 conference record

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College will host the Region 8 Conference Tournament beginning Thursday night at Orlando Health Stadium on the Melbourne campus.

The Titans come in as the No. 1 seed with a 3-1 record in the conference and will get a bye in the semifinals.

Daytona State College is also 3-1 in the conference and is the No. 2 seed in the tournament due to goal differential. They will play No. 3 seed Polk State College on Thursday night at 6 p.m. at the stadium.

The Falcons have beaten Polk State College in both regular-season meetings, winning 3-1 and 2-1.

The winner of Thursday night’s game will advance to the Region 8 Championship against Eastern Florida State College. Saturday night’s game will begin at 6 p.m.

The winner of the Region 8 Championship will advance to the Southeast District Championship Nov. 3-4 which will be hosted by the Region 17 champion.
