BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police have reopened Palm Bay Road and I-95 after roads were temporarily shut down.

Early reports suggest a person was threatening to commit suicide.

Crisis negotiation teams were on the scene.
