BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – Satellite Beach Police Department’s Lieutenant Ron Kinsey was honored as the recipient of the 2023 City of Satellite Beach Open Heart Award during the annual city awards luncheon.

This award recognizes his impact as a law enforcement professional and a resident who contributes his time and talents to making Satellite Beach a great place to live.

“We are so proud of you, Lt. Kinsey!” said a Satellite Beach Police spokesperson.
