Satellite Beach Police to Host Wreath-Laying Ceremony in Honor of Sgt. Ed Hartmann, Officer Phil Flagg

BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – The Satellite Beach Police Department to host a wreath-laying ceremony to honor the memory of Sergeant E. Edward Hartmann and Oficcer Philip J. Flagg on May 31.
The ceremony at Satellite Beach City Hall Breezeway will begin at 2 p.m.
Sgt. E. Edward Hartmann and Ofc. Philip J. Flagg died in the line of duty on May 31, 1992.
During this ceremony, community members will stand together to show our solidarity and gratitude for the sacrifices made by these fallen heroes.
