The Element Melbourne Oceanfront is slated to open its doors in June 2024, offering an enticing blend of contemporary comfort and seaside charm.

This newest addition to Melbourne’s hotel landscape boasts 130 extended-stay guest rooms, catering to travelers seeking a longer-term stay without compromising on style or amenities. Nestled along the picturesque oceanfront, guests can expect breathtaking views of the coastline right from the comfort of their rooms.

The six-story, 105,000-square-foot extended-stay hotel offers contemporary design paired with modern amenities and a focus on wellness, pillars of the Element brand. Guestrooms at the property feature in-room kitchens with full-size refrigerators, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, and sinks; and spa-inspired bathrooms with refreshing rain showers and eco-friendly product dispensers.

One of the standout features of the Element by Westin Melbourne-Oceanfront is its signature dining experience, Ebb & Flow Restaurant. Set against the backdrop of rolling waves and salty breezes, this oceanfront eatery promises a culinary journey showcasing the freshest local ingredients and innovative flavors. The restaurant will be open to the public.

Health and wellness enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise at the hotel’s Motion fitness center, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to cater to all fitness levels. The property is built on the 2.56-acre site of a former parking lot located at 2655 N. Highway A1A in Melbourne, Fla., adjacent to The Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront, also owned by Driftwood Capital.
