As long as she wakes up each day excited and empowered by the knowledge that she’s built a career in alignment with her passions, she is successful. 

“Happiness is the ultimate measure of success because, at the end of the day, that’s what we’re all striving for. If you’re happy, you’re already succeeding more than most,” she says.

Social Responsibility and Community Outreach

The drive for happiness and self-empowerment extends beyond Marienna’s career to include community outreach and support initiatives. Marienna Mercedes is the founder of the foundation Mission 33, which is due to launch officially in 2025. Mission 33’s goal is to build automated businesses for free for people who are struggling and in need but desire to become entrepreneurs. They’ll be assisting women veterans, individuals struggling with homelessness, children aging out of foster care, and women escaping domestic abuse, among others—all people seeking stability, agency, and fulfillment. Mercedes explains that “By providing the tools and support to create their businesses, we hope to empower them to take control of their futures and achieve lasting success.”

Outside of Mission 33, Marienna Mercedes continually gives back to her community in other ways. Her company, Automagic Solutions, gives 10% of all its proceeds to local churches, charities, and support foundations. She’s also built innovative new courses on business automation and scaling that have educated thousands of students and would-be entrepreneurs over the years of her career. 

Looking Back, Looking Ahead

When looking back on her career, Marienna Mercedes has some advice that she would give to both her younger self and to other aspiring business owners: trust the process and don’t be afraid of failure. By looking at setbacks not as failures but as lessons that drive you further toward success, Mercedes highlights the value of resilience and adaptability in business. Beyond adopting a resilient mindset, Mercedes touts the importance of relationship building, saying, “Invest in personal growth early on, build strong relationships, and focus on solving problems rather than chasing money.”

With those lessons in mind, Mercedes looks to the future. Her business, Automagic Solutions, is experiencing consistent growth and success and was recently awarded a 2024 Global Recognition Award for Online Innovative Business Excellence. Her foundation, Mission 33, launches in 2025 and promises to give critical assistance to those most in need. Both professionally and personally, Marienna Mercedes is excited to continue making a positive impact on the world and her community.
