WATCH LIVE: Cocoa Tigers to Host Heritage Panthers in Prep Football Action Friday on SCD TV

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The defending State Champion Cocoa Tigers football team are set to host the Heritage Panthers in prep football action this Friday on Space Coast Daily TV.

Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. Space Coast Daily’s Juan Rodriguez and Friday Night Loker Room’s Terry Spain will be on the call.

The Tigers will look to bounce back after falling to IMG Academy last week in Bradenton 34-13. Despite the loss, the defense finished with 98 total tackles and UCF commit Jayvan Boggs finished with 124 receiving yards and a touchdown.

The Cocoa Tigers entered this season as back-to-back state champions after claiming their sixth state title in program history and the second under head coach Ryan Schneider.

On the other hand, the Heritage Panthers are on a two game losing skid after getting shoutout last week to the Eau Gallie Commodores 21-0.

The offense will need to find it’s stride this week after scoring just 14 points in their last two matchups.
