BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Carroll Distributing recently concluded its “14 for 14” program, which ran from July 4th through Labor Day 2024, in support of Folds of Honor.

During this period, Carroll Distributing donated $1 for every case of Budweiser or Bud Light sold, helping fund educational scholarships for the families of fallen or disabled service members and first responders.

Now in its 14th year, Carroll Distributing’s partnership with Folds of Honor has expanded to include first responders, extending its support beyond military families. Every purchase of a limited-edition Budweiser case during the program helped make a difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed for the country and their communities.

Anheuser-Busch, along with its wholesaler partners, like Carroll Distributing, has collectively raised $28 million, which has funded over 5,000 scholarships for Folds of Honor recipients.

Folds of Honor’s Rocky Sickmann, left, and Carroll Distributing’s Justin Saenz, presented scholarship checks to families of fallen veterans and first responders in part of the “13 for 13” program in 2023. Expanding Support to First Responders

This year’s “14 for 14” initiative not only continued Carroll Distributing’s commitment to supporting Folds of Honor but also focused on the families of first responders.

Carroll Distributing is currently working to identify local families in need within Brevard County to ensure that the scholarship funds raised are directed to those who need it most.

While the scholarship checks have not yet been presented, Carroll Distributing is in the final stages of selecting recipients from the local community, ensuring that families directly impacted by the loss or disability of military personnel or first responders receive the support they deserve.

A Legacy of Giving Back

Carroll Distributing has a long-standing tradition of supporting the Brevard County community, contributing over $1 million to local charitable causes over the past decade. This year’s “14 for 14” program further demonstrates the company’s dedication to giving back, particularly to those who have served the country.

“We’re proud to continue our support for Folds of Honor with this year’s ‘14 for 14’ program,” said Justin Saenz, Vice President of Sales at Carroll Distributing. “By expanding our efforts to include first responders, we’re able to help even more families who have made incredible sacrifices for our safety and freedom.”

As a company that employs many veterans, Carroll Distributing’s mission to support military and first responder families is deeply personal. The company expects to provide scholarships to several local families in Brevard County through the funds raised in 2024.

Although the 2024 “14 for 14” program has concluded, Brevard County residents played a key role by purchasing limited-edition Budweiser and Bud Light cases. These purchases directly contributed to funding scholarships, providing essential educational resources to military and first responder families.
