OBITUARY: Titusville High Graduate, Retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Donald Lamar Rogers Passes Away

Returned to the Cape Canaveral area with Craig Technologies and left us on Memorial Day 2024

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Donald Lamar Rogers was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and grew up in Titusville, Florida. He graduated from Titusville High School and was an outstanding athlete in multiple sports.
He was awarded a Baseball Scholarship to Brevard Junior College. He joined the U.S. Army and retired with 26 years of service as Command Sergeant Major. He obtained his B.S. in computer science and worked in multiple organizations developing military training programs.
He returned to the Cape Canaveral area with Craig Technologies and left us on Memorial Day 2024.
He will be missed by his many friends and remaining family, including three adopted children, Anthony, Jennifer, and Neal, and his son, Jimmy.
A graveside service was held on October 16, 2024, in Cape Canaveral National Cemetery with military honors.
