Construction Worker Killed After Accident on Satinwood Court in Palm Bay

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police announced that a tragic incident happened near Satinwood Court NE on Tuesday that resulted in the death of 62-year-old Noel Soleyn from Fort Pierce.
Soleyn was working as a contractor for Timothy Rose Construction on a paving project in the area when the accident occurred.
As Soleyn was performing his duties, a roller machine backed towards him, pinning him against a paver.
Despite efforts to provide immediate first aid, Soleyn died from his injuries at the scene.
“We extend our heartfelt condolences to the victim’s family, friends, and colleagues,” said a Palm Bay Police spokesperson.
The accident remains under investigation and investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident
