BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA — Leifer Properties, a full-service real estate investment and development company, and Endeavor Capital have acquired a prime 76,557 square feet industrial property along U.S. Hwy. 1 in Cocoa.

The acquisition is Leifer Properties and Endeavor Capital’s first acquisition in Florida.

The transaction marks another milestone in Leifer Properties’ strategic expansion plan to acquire assets in high-growth markets nationwide.

The Space Coast market demonstrates strong fundamentals, with industrial vacancy rates at approximately 3.5% and rental rates surpassing $13 per square foot. The property’s location offers tenants access to robust transportation infrastructure, including the Space Coast Regional Airport and Port Canaveral, the world’s second-busiest cruise port for multi-day embarkations.

Leifer Properties’ expansion into Florida follows its successful entry into Texas, where it has acquired several properties in the St. Elmo Arts District in Austin.

The company began assembling industrial, office, and development sites in St. Elmo in 2020 and plans to build more than 1,300 multifamily units on its core assemblage. Leifer Properties is also developing The Leland, a 268-unit condominium project located on Austin’s highly coveted South Congress Street.
