Tragedy struck when Michael, an employee at Fishlips in Port Canaveral, was involved in a severe motorcycle accident on January 31. A truck unexpectedly pulled out in front of him on his way to work, leaving him no time to react. The collision ejected Michael from his motorcycle, causing multiple serious injuries.

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA — Tragedy struck when Michael Fritz, an employee at Fishlips in Port Canaveral, was involved in a severe motorcycle accident on January 31.

A truck unexpectedly pulled out in front of him on his way to work, leaving him no time to react. The collision ejected Michael from his motorcycle, causing multiple serious injuries.

Fritz was immediately hospitalized, where he has remained since the accident. Although his injuries are not life-threatening, they have significantly impacted his mobility and ability to work.

Among his injuries are tibia and fibula fractures, a fractured tibia plateau, and bulging C3 and C4 disks in his neck. He has already undergone one surgery, with at least one more expected in the near future.
