BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Colclasure, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Surrounded by her family and loved ones, she passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 73.
Karen was born August 11, 1951, in Charleston WV, and lived most of her life raising her family in Titusville, FL.
Karen is survived by her brother Howard (Pam) Smith Jr., her three children, Kami Tindle, Ryan (Jamie) Colclasure, and Shannon (Kerrie) Tindle, and six grandkids, Kaden, Ryan Jr., Noah, Chance, Brayden, and Addison. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who are truly a part of the family.
After college, she was one of the first Cinderellas at Disney World and lit up every room with her energy and laughter, instantly becoming the heart of any gathering.
The glue that held the family together, she thrived on the joy of being surrounded by loved ones. Strangers didn’t stay strangers for long—her warmth and charm turned everyone she met into a friend.
Mom was the definition of hard work and determination. She built a successful sales career, earning countless achievements and awards. But her impact went beyond her career—she instilled in us invaluable life lessons that fueled our own drive to succeed.
As she left this Earth, she planted seeds within us—seeds of love and unity—that continue to grow, strengthening the bond of our family every day.
