Cocoa Beach Police officers arrested Christopher Persen of Rockledge on March 22 and charged him with two counts of Indecent Exposure in connection with an incident that occurred at Lori Wilson Park, located at 1500 North Atlantic Avenue. (BCSO image)

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Cocoa Beach Police officers arrested Christopher Persen of Rockledge on March 22 and charged him with two counts of Indecent Exposure in connection with an incident that occurred at Lori Wilson Park, located at 1500 North Atlantic Avenue.

According to Cocoa Beach Police Detective Sergeant Taylor Payne, the incident occurred on January 29, 2025, at approximately 5 p.m.

“Two adult female victims reported that a black SUV parked next to their vehicle with its door open,” said Sgt. Payne.

“Inside the SUV, Persen was allegedly naked and masturbating while making eye contact with the victims.”
