SpaceX Set for Rocket Launch Sunday Night Carrying Starlink Mission from Cape Canaveral

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX is targeting Sunday, March 2 for a Falcon 9 launch of 21 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
Liftoff is targeted for 9:24 p.m. ET, with backup opportunities available until 12:21 a.m. ET on Monday, March 3.
If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available on Monday, March 3 starting at 10:04 p.m. ET.
This is the fifth flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched GOES-U, Maxar 3, and two Starlink missions.
Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
