WATCH: Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Units Tracks Down Two Suspects in Georgia for Animal Cruelty After Starving Dog to Death

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) Fugitive Unit successfully tracked down and arrested two suspects in Georgia after they abandoned their dog, leading to its tragic death.

Frederick Tindall and Christopher Tindall were taken into custody after authorities discovered their involvement in the severe neglect of their pet, Rosie.

The dog suffered from extreme starvation, along with multiple infections, including skin and ear infections. Despite medical intervention, Rosie ultimately succumbed to her injuries.

Following the crime, both suspects attempted to evade justice by fleeing to Georgia. However, swift coordination between the BCSO Fugitive Unit and Georgia law enforcement led to their arrest.

Both men now face serious charges, including Aggravated Animal Cruelty and Unlawful Confinement-Abandonment with a $3,000 bond.
