BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX marked another milestone in its mission to expand global broadband coverage, successfully launching 28 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit on Monday, March 31. The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida at 3:52 p.m. ET, precisely on schedule.

The mission showcased the incredible reusability of SpaceX’s technology, as this flight marked the 17th successful launch and landing of the Falcon 9 first stage booster. This seasoned booster has now supported missions such as Ax-2, Euclid, Ax-3, CRS-30, SES ASTRA 1P, NG-21, and ten previous Starlink launches, solidifying its place in the company’s growing legacy of sustainable spaceflight.

After stage separation, the first stage completed a smooth landing on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, stationed in the Atlantic Ocean, further demonstrating SpaceX’s mastery in precision recovery operations.
