The mission launched from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida on March 31, 2025, carrying a crew of four private astronauts aboard SpaceX’s Crew Dragon capsule, named Resilience.
Crew Members include Chun Wang (Mission Commander), Jannicke Mikkelsen (Pilot), Rabea Rogge (Mission Specialist) and Eric Philips (Mission Specialist and Medical Officer).
Objectives: The mission aimed to conduct 22 scientific experiments, including capturing photographs of auroras, studying the effects of space motion sickness, and attempting to grow mushrooms in space.
