Larry Carr Promoted to Senior Director of Customer Service at Viera Builders

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA — Viera Builders has promoted Larry Carr to Senior Director of Customer Service, after serving as a customer service representative, customer service manager, and director of customer service.
A company spokesperson said that Carr’s continued leadership and focus on customer experience have made a significant impact on the homebuilding division and the residents the company serves.
Before joining Viera Builders, Carr was the Chief Operating Officer of Bradford Interior Group in Kansas City, Missouri. He also brings experience from his time in the insurance industry, where he oversaw customer service and claims in a supervisory role.

Carr will continue to report to Robin Aldridge in his new role.
