BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA — At this week’s Regular Council Meeting, Palm Bay Mayor Medina presented a proclamation recognized May 17, as Kids to Parks Day.

The Palm Bay Recreation Department invites the community to discover the natural wonders of our local parks on the third Saturday of May. Kids to Parks Day is a national initiative encouraging outdoor exploration, and Palm Bay is thrilled to offer a day of activities at multiple locations throughout the city.

Looking for a more independent adventure? Palm Bay boasts 31 parks, two community centers, a senior center, an aquatic center, a wildlife sanctuary, a nature center, a skate park, and a dog park.

Let’s celebrate the wonderful parks right here in Palm Bay.
