Next week, they will face Atlantic (Delray ) and then have a week and a half off before finally facing Merritt Island. No. 2 – Merritt Island Mustangs (5-2)

Merritt Island’s win streak and district lead were nearly erased on Friday as they barely got by Titusville 31-28. It was an absolute barn burner of a game that saw multiple lead changes, but when it mattered most, the Mustangs came up huge, scoring a late touchdown to give them the win. Though they sit at 5-2, Merritt Island has three challenging games to finish their season against Carrollwood Day, Viera, and Eau Gallie.
No. 3 – Cocoa Tigers (3-4)

They gave the Mustangs all they could handle and were just a few plays from winning this one.
No. 6 – Viera Hawks (5-3)

Other than the loss to Titusville, the Hawks’ only losses came by 8 and by 3. They are nearly undefeated this season and had a great performance on Friday, defeating Seabreeze 41-14.
