Mystic Lobster, with locations in Cocoa and Cape Canaveral, offers traditional lobster rolls that are made without the fillers found in chain restaurants.

Mystic Lobster Roll Company offers a wide variety of seafood dishes and signature lobster rolls.

Entrees include classics such as fish and chips, chicken tenders, lobster mac and cheese, snow crab, shrimp platters, and stuffed lobster tails, with prices ranging from the mid-$20s to just under $50 for premium lobster tails.

The highlight of the menu is its lobster roll selection, featuring styles from Maine, Connecticut, New England, and New Orleans, as well as creative options like the “OMG Roll,” Caribbean Roll, Nashville Heat, and even deep-fried lobster rolls. Most rolls are priced between $25 and $30.

A kids’ menu features mac and cheese, chicken fingers, and fried shrimp, while desserts include crème brûlée doughnuts, Boston cream pie, and boardwalk-style cookies.

Seasonal and specialty additions, such as the upcoming Alaskan King Crab Roll, continue to expand the offerings, giving guests a mix of traditional New England fare and modern twists.

Catering: The catering menu features small ($99.99, serves 4) and large ($199.99, serves 8) roll packages that include cole slaw and lobster bisque, with upgrade options for specialty rolls or surf and turf. Soups such as lobster bisque, shrimp and corn chowder, and New England clam chowder are available by the quart for $30.

Guests can also choose from trays of lobster mac and cheese, chicken mac and cheese, white cheddar mac and cheese, or chicken fingers, offered in half and full sizes.

Mystic Lobster Features Rich History

Mystic Lobster Roll Company’s story began nearly three decades ago when a 21-year-old minor league baseball player turned his focus from the field to the kitchen.

While working in restaurants to make ends meet, he developed a passion for the culinary world. When his baseball career came to an end, he carried his love of sports into a new arena: restaurant life.

In those early years, he worked alongside some of the industry’s most talented chefs, including a Michelin-starred mentor who left a lasting impression on his approach to food.

During the summer of 1993, his journey took him up and down the northeastern coast, from Connecticut to Maine, where he experienced lobster rolls that set the standard for what would become his signature dish.

Over the next 25 years, he built his career in the restaurant industry, running high-profile establishments and even owning a few of his own. Lobster rolls often found a place on his menus.

Still, the moment to create a dedicated concept never quite arrived—until February 2020, when Ship Bottom, New Jersey, became the home of Mystic Lobster Roll Company.

From the very beginning, the response was overwhelming. What started as one location quickly grew into four, driven by a commitment to serving authentic Maine-style lobster rolls. Only the freshest cold-water lobster meat from Maine is used, ensuring every bite captures the flavor and tradition of New England’s coastal cuisine.

The company’s mission is simple: to share the experience of a true Maine lobster roll with as many people as possible.
