Eastern Florida State Titans Women’s Basketball Team Ranked 11th in Latest NJCAA Division I Poll

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team moved up to 11th in the latest NJCAA Division I poll released on Monday.
The Titans are 7-0 after a win against Hillsborough Community College in the home opener Monday night and have already beaten two ranked opponents this season, College of Southern Idaho, who is No. 8, and Florida Southwestern is No. 19.
The top three stayed the same Trinity Valley is No. 1, Northwest Florida State is No. 2 and Blinn is third. Chipola is No. 4 with Gulf Coast State No. 6.
Eastern Florida State College made it to the Elite Eight of the NJCAA Division I National Championship Tournament last season and return six players from that team.
They will be back at Titan Field House on December 7 against Miami Dade at 5:30 p.m.
