ABOVE VIDEO: Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey announced the arrest of 38-year-old Robert Swindoll in a horrific Animal Cruelty case that resulted in the death of a couple of dogs.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey announced the arrest of 38-year-old Robert Swindoll in a horrific Animal Cruelty case that resulted in the death of a couple of dogs.

Sheriff Ivey made the announcement on social media when detailed the specifics of the case.

The suspect is identified as 38-year-old Robert Swindoll from Titusville.

He has been charged with three counts of felony aggravated animal cruelty and three counts misdemeanor confinement without food or water.

His bond is set at $7,500.

Swindoll’s initial court date is set for 1:15 p.m. on April 13.
