Viera High Boys and Girls Varsity Wrestling Teams Shine at Steadwell-Grow Memorial Tournament

Both Boys and Girls Varsity Wrestling squads finished with 5 Individual Champions respectively

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA – The Viera High School Boys and Girls Varsity Wrestling Teams competed at the Steadwell-Grow Memorial Tournament Port St. Lucie High School hosted on December 13 and 14.

The Boys Varsity Wrestling team finished in first place, winning by 70 points.

Both boys and girls’ varsity wrestling squads finished with five individual champions.

Boys varsity winners include Alvee Ahsan – first place, Landon Keck – first place, Luke “Kepa” Agacoili – first place, Gustavo Ferreira – first place, Edwin Torres – first place, Makana Tieri – second place, Camren Baker – second place, Trenton Honara second place, David Liao – second place, and Anthony Rodriguez – third place.

Girls varsity tournament champions include Lillian Straessley – first place, Liz Pinto – first place, Cat Kenney – first place, Isabel Alvarez – first place, and Emma Hoppe – first place.
