BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA — A new tropical escape is coming to Downtown Cocoa Beach as Dirty Birds Tiki Bar & Grill opens this Spring at 142 Minutemen Causeway.

This exciting new concept is the latest venture from local restaurateur Daniel Todd, owner of two beloved Brevard hotspots—4th Street Fillin Station and The Alibi Kitchen & Cocktails. Known for his innovative dining experiences, Todd brings a fresh take on island-inspired cuisine, craft cocktails, and a laid-back tiki atmosphere to Cocoa Beach.

“We’re excited to bring something unique to the area—an inviting space where locals and visitors can kick back, enjoy amazing food and drinks, and soak in the beach vibes,” said Todd.

Dirty Birds Tiki Bar & Grill promises a one-of-a-kind menu featuring tropical flavors, fresh ingredients, and expertly crafted tiki cocktails.

Guests can expect a relaxed, fun, tropical atmosphere with a blend of modern and classic tiki aesthetics, making it the perfect spot for casual get-togethers, sunset drinks, and late-night bites.

“We’re thrilled to bring an innovative and exciting cocktail program to Dirty Birds Tiki Bar & Grill,” said Matt Bramkamp, co-owner and general manager of The Alibi Kitchen & Cocktails. “We want every cocktail to tell a story and make every visit unforgettable.”
