BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – On Saturday, February 15, SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 21 Starlink satellites, including 13 equipped with Direct to Cell capabilities, from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
Liftoff occurred at 1:14 a.m. ET.
The launch proceeded smoothly, marking another milestone for SpaceX’s Starlink program, which aims to enhance global connectivity, including cellular coverage in remote areas.
The first stage booster, making its 26th flight, had previously supported several high-profile missions, including CRS-22, Crew-3, Crew-4, and multiple Starlink launches.
After stage separation, the booster successfully landed on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
