WATCH: Cocoa Beach Weekend Surf & Weather Report with Nikki McCoy Freeman

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Hey it’s Nikki McCoy Freeman with McCoy Freeman Compass — your beachside guide to surf, sun, and this weekend’s Offshore Boat Races!

Whether you’re paddling out or hanging beachside for the action, I’ve got your surf and weather scoop for Cocoa Beach. Let’s dive in!

FRIDAY

Friday brings us classic beach weather — sunny skies with a high around 87.

Surf’s rolling in around 1 to 2 feet with a morning high tide at 10:56 AM.

Winds start out light from the south but turn breezy by afternoon.

If you’re looking to surf, mid-tide in the morning is your best bet before the wind chops it up.

SATURDAY

Saturday heats up with a high near 88 and just a few clouds in the sky — perfect weather for the start of the Offshore Powerboat Races.

Surf holds at 1 to 2 feet and high tide hits at 11:40 AM.

Light early winds mean another clean morning session, but conditions get bumpy in the afternoon.

Catch your waves early, then stick around to feel the thrill of high-speed boats tearing down the coastline!

SUNDAY

Sunday tops out near 89 degrees and the surf dips slightly to around 1 to 1.5 feet.

High tide rolls in at 12:35 PM, but breezy onshore winds could make it a bit choppy.

Early morning’s still your best shot if you’re itching to paddle out — but honestly, it might be a better day to grab a beach chair, enjoy the races, and soak up the scene.

Between mellow surf, sunshine, and high-speed Offshore Racing — Cocoa Beach is the place to be this weekend.

And if you’re dreaming of making beach life your full-time reality, let’s talk!

I’m Nikki McCoy Freeman with McCoy Freeman Compass — stay sun-kissed, surf smart, and I’ll see you next week!
