Titans are back home Wednesday night

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer team posted a shutout Saturday against USC Lancaster in a game that was moved to Orlando Health Stadium.
The No. 4-ranked Titans were supposed to play USC Lancaster on Friday at Daytona State College, but the game was postponed due to weather. So the Titans decided to host the game on Saturday.
Sophomore Stephen Gilbert scored all three goals in the Titans’ 3-0 victory, recording his first hat trick of the season.
The game was scoreless for much of the first half, but Gilbert won the ball in front of the keeper and sent it into the back of the net. Less than two minutes later, Gilbert redirected a nice cross, and it was 2-0.
With just under 12 minutes left in the contest, Gilbert broke and chested a cross into the net to make it 3-0.
Gilbert now has nine goals this season. Yurok Cho had two assists in the win.
Pablo Ossabal Arboleda picked up his first clean sheet of the season, stopping two shots.
Eastern Florida State College will be back at Orlando Health Stadium on Wednesday night for a Region 8 Conference game against Miami Dade College.
The game will kick off at 7 p.m. and be broadcast live on WEFS-TV and online at the EFSC Titans YouTube page.
