Esme Jenkins Crowned Little Miss Key Lime Pie Festival Champion, Shanen Harvey Wins Best Home Baker

Pageants and Pie Eating Contests rescheduled

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The Space Coast Key Lime Pie Festival opened on Saturday, February 21, where the pie baking contests and the Little Miss Key Lime Pie Festival Pageant was held. All contests that were scheduled for Sunday February 22 have been rescheduled to next weekend due to inclement weather.

Returning competitor Esme Jenkins, age 3, was crowned Little Miss Key Lime Pie Festival 2026 for her division ages 3-6. The Miss division, ages 7-12, had no present contestants.
The Miss division of the Key Lime Pie Festival Pageant will re-open for entry, to be held this Saturday, February 28, at 2:00 p.m.
The remaining divisions, for ages 13 and up are also rescheduled to next weekend.
Teen Miss, ages 13-19, and Ms., ages 20-39 will compete on Sunday, March 1 at 2 p.m.
Elite Miss, ages 40+ will compete on Saturday, February 28 at 2 p.m.
Registration remains open until Friday, February 27, for all rescheduled divisions.

The Key Lime Pie Baking Contest also took place, where home baker Shanen Harvey took home the award for hey winning Key Lime Krazy pie. School Board Commissioner Matt Susin, and his panel of judges served the extra pie to the audience.
The Pie Eating Contest, which was originally schedule for Sunday, February 22, was rescheduled for inclement weather to next Saturday February 28. Interested applicants can register at the stage by 12 p.m. with contest host Beth York.

On February 21, the Key Lime Cute Baby Contest also took place, where awards were given to children under 3 years old for Best Eyes, Best Smile, and Best Key Lime Outfit.
