Raised over $300K to fund Pediatric Cancer Grants

ABOVE VIDEO: The 2014 St. Baldrick’s Brevard Shave Event at The Avenue in Viera, Florida was an incredible, life changing event. It was powerful and moving to see the number of people who came out in support of this cause and to hear testimony from the honored families about why they fight this disease.
“It has been an incredible year for St. Baldrick’s on the Space Coast,” said the St. Baldrick’s Brevard Facebook page.
“In only our third year we grew our event to shave just over 400 heads and raised over $300,000 to fund lifesaving Pediatric Cancer Research Grants. We also became the 10th largest event in North America in Total Dollars Raised out of over 1,300 events. This is truly amazing and a true testament to Brevard County’s commitment to finding an end to Childhood Cancer!”
