Palm Bay Fire Rescue Firefighters Douse Tractor Cab Blaze On I-95 in South Brevard County

Firefighters were able to knock down fire before it reached trailer's cargo

Brevard County Fire Rescue and Palm Bay Fire Rescue units were on the scene of a tractor trailer fire on Interstate 95 at Mile Marker 168 in south Brevard County.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue and Palm Bay Fire Rescue units were on the scene of a tractor trailer fire on Interstate 95 at Mile Marker 168 in south Brevard County.

Brevard County Fire Rescue reported Palm Bay Fire Rescue battled the heavily involved tractor cab blaze on Tuesday about 1:20 p.m.

Firefighters were able to knock down the fire before it reached the trailer’s cargo.

There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire has yet to be released.
