Dead Man Discovered in Drainage Ditch on South Street, Titusville Police Conducting Investigation

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville police responded to a report of the discovery of a dead man found Saturday morning and detectives are now conducting a death investigation.
“The preliminary investigation has revealed that at approximately 8:30 a.m. the body of an adult male was discovered lying in a drainage ditch on South Street just north of Fox Lake Road by a pedestrian walking their dog,” said Titusville Police Public Information Officer Amy Matthews.
“This incident remains under investigation by the Titusville Police Department and further details will be released upon its conclusion by investigators.”
Police have not yet released the identity or cause of death of the deceased.
