BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX announced on Thursday that the Falcon 9 rocket launch on Friday has been pushed back from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station to an undisclosed date at this time to conduct additional pre-launch check outs.

A new launch date is expected to be announced in the coming days.

The rocket will launch the Transporter 2 mission, a rideshare flight to a sun-synchronous orbit with numerous small microsatellites and nanosatellites for commercial and government customers.
