West Melbourne Police Seek Sunglasses Thieves

BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Police in West Melbourne are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two grand theft suspects from a Lens Crafters store.

West Melbourne police are asking for the public’s help in identfying these two men who are suspected of stealing sunglasses from the Lens Crafters store on West New Haven Avenue, (Image courtesy of West Melbourne Police Department)

According to Lt. Richard Cordeau of the West Melbourne Police Department, the incident happened March 6 at the Lens Crafters store at 1813 West New Haven Avenue.

Cordeau said the theft was captured on video surveillance as the two suspects concealed high-end sunglasses in their pants pockets.

Detectives are asking anyone who might recognize the suspects to come forward.
