Space Coast Realtors To Open Second Location In Melbourne

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Tim Harber, president of the Space Coast Realtors, announced the upcoming opening of the organization’s second location in Brevard County located at 2202 N. Babcock St., Suite 101 in Melbourne (see map above).
“Our members have spoken and we have listened as we hope to have this new location fully operational by June 1 – and plan on a grand opening ceremony soon,” said Tim Harber.
“To better serve our members located in the southern parts of Brevard, Space Coast Realtors is very proud to have leased a building in Melbourne in the beautiful Babcock Oaks Building, located just South of 192 on Babcock St. It will allow easy access to anyone travelling from Palm Bay, Melbourne or the Beaches.”

Interior construction has been started and is scheduled to be completed by the end of next week, according to Harber. Pylon signs should be installed next week and they will proudly include BrevardMLS.com for all to see.
“It is our intent that this location will mirror the services offered at the Merritt Island location, albeit on a smaller scale,” said Harber.
The new facility will provide a full range of association services including lock boxes, E-Keys, signs, Realtor store, bill payment, and more. It will also provide a conference room open to all members to use as needed, and educational sessions will be offered in the future.
“We are absolutely committed to providing the best member service and experience that we can provide,” said Harber.
