Melbourne Police Arrest Three In Prostitution Detail

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – In continuing efforts to target known prostitutes within the City of Melbourne, the Melbourne Police Department Special Operations Unit conducted a prostitution detail yesterday.

According to the Melbourne Police Department, there were a total of three arrests in the south end of the city around the U.S. 1 corridor.

Listed below are the persons that were arrested and the accompanying charges. Brittany Barker had prior convictions making the arrest a felony offense.

ARRESTED: Barker, Brittany
W/F, DOB: 08/13/1987
Charges: Solicitation to Commit Prostitution (Felony)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

ARRESTED: Blumberg, Allyn
W/F, DOB:04/22/1993
Charges: Solicitation to Commit Prostitution

ARRESTED: Smith, Jill
W/F, DOB: 01/15/1980
Charges: Solicitation to Commit Prostitution
