BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Florida Tech football team took the practice field for the fourth time Thursday afternoon.
The Panthers practiced for two-hours on Florida Tech’s campus, in full-pads, for the first time this spring camp.
Head Coach Steve Englehart liked how his defense performed on the day.
“I really like what our defense is doing. Our defense has changed up a few things and couple of stuff.”

“I think our DB’s had six picks today, I mean they were just all over the place today. I like how our defense is playing right now and flying around to the ball,” said Coach Englehart.
With spring break right around the corner, the Panthers have three more practices before they take a week off and reconvene March 17.
Senior Defensive Back Jason Kollock shared the same sentiments as his head coach.
“I liked how we swarmed to the ball when we were working on our third down situations,” said senior Jason Kollock from Milford, Delaware.
“That was a weakness for us last year and coach has made it an emphasis that we need to get better.”
