The Palm Bay police reports that officers are on scene at a fatal traffic crash just west of Krefeld Road NW on Emerson Drive NW.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay police reports that officers are on scene of a fatal traffic incident just west of Krefeld Road NW on Emerson Drive NW.

“At this time it appears a white male was attempting to cross the road and was struck by a truck traveling westbound,” said the Palm Bay police in a release.

The pedestrian was pronounced deceased and all west bound lanes are shut down from Krefeld Road NW until the crime scene is processed.

The victim has not been identified by authorities at this time.
