ABOVE VIDEO: A former local fire chief has been arrested for arson. Ricky Plummer, who was once the fire chief in Cocoa, is accused of a starting a fire in Maine. Plummer is the fire chief in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. He is accused of starting a fire there that grew to over 40 acres in April. (WOFL FOX 35 Video)
