Titusville Police Detectives Seek TD Bank Strong Armed Robbery Suspect

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The Titusville police detectives are seeking a man suspected of committing a bank robbery on Sunday afternoon. TPD detectives have released surveillance photos and are asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
According to Amy Matthews of the Titusville Police Department, officers responded to a Strong Armed Bank Robbery at about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday at TD Bank, located at 3285 Garden Street in Titusville.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a white male, clean shaven, wearing a collared plaid shirt, blue jeans and a University of Florida baseball hat with the letter “F” logo on it entered the bank lobby.
According to Matthews, the suspect was holding an envelope and removed a note from it. The suspect then demanded only large bills and threatened the clerk with her life if she did not comply.

The suspect left the business and fled the area in a champagne colored SUV that was driven by another unknown suspect.
Surveillance footage has revealed the same suspect was at the same Garden Street TD Bank on Friday, May 20 at approximately 6 p.m.
The suspect never approached the counter and remained at the withdrawal slip counter until he was asked to leave. Bank clerks escorted him out and observed him get into a champagne colored SUV.
