Customer Service Center In Former Circuit City Building Enhances Capabilities, Retains Community Focus
BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Call Direct Partners, an inbound sales and customer support center powered by Adcomm, announced the expansion of its operations with a relocation to occupy the 30,000-square-foot former Circuit City retail building in Merritt Island, located on State Road 520 at 450 E. Merritt Island Causeway.
According to an Adcomm spokesperson, the move will generate approximately 200 new jobs, offering employees state-of-the-art facilities and access to appealing work-life benefits, such as emerging leadership, wellness and personal finance programs.
Backed by Adcomm, one of the nation’s largest satellite entertainment installation and customer support companies, Call Direct Partners will now be able to serve more businesses requiring installation, fulfillment, sales and customer care for a range of clients across a variety of industries.
Call Direct Partners also offers third party verification and dispatch services as well as inbound and outbound sales.
The move allows the company to enhance its current offerings, such as:
- Upgraded technology for increased API offerings and enhanced reporting capabilities
- Live chat services
- Offer Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
- Multi-lingual services
“It’s clear that Call Direct Partners is thriving in Merritt Island,” said Jeff Davis, chief executive officer for parent company Adcomm.
“We are pleased with the customer support center’s growth and know they will continue to provide outstanding sales and customer service support for its existing and new clients.”
In addition to new hires, the company will retain its current 190 employees, making it Merritt Island’s largest employer. Employees will enjoy the new building’s close proximity to local shopping, restaurants and a covered bus stop for ease of transportation.
In addition, Call Direct Partners plans to offer discounted childcare for employee families. Employees will be encouraged to participate in a wellness program, inclusive of discounted gym rates, and take advantage of tobacco cessation and personal finance classes as desired.

Employment Opportunities
- Wages for customer service employees start at $9.50 an hour, with an increase to $10 an hour after 60 days of employment
- Sales representatives earn an hourly wage between $22 to $24, plus commission
