VIRAL VIDEO: Woman and Her Dog Rescued From Sinking Car During Catastrophic Louisiana Flooding

ABOVE VIDEO: A woman and her small dog were rescued from her sinking vehicle in Baton Rogue, Louisiana, just seconds before it was submerged in water on Saturday. In the clip, a rescue boat can be seen approaching and then attempting to break the window of a partially submerged vehicle as it slowly slips deeper into the water.
