Brevard Zoo To Host Job Fair In Collaboration With Other Animal-Related Nonprofit Organizations

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — Brevard Zoo is seeking motivated, hard-working individuals to attend a job fair on Friday, September 22.
The organization has several part-time and seasonal positions available in its food service, adventure services and guest services departments – as well as the upcoming six-month dinosaur exhibit.
Representatives from Florida Wildlife Hospital and Sanctuary, Marine Resources Council and other local organizations will also be on hand with volunteer and work opportunities for those interested in the fields of animal care and conservation.
Hopefuls should arrive at the Zoo’s Nyami Nyami River Lodge no later than 11 a.m.
They will be asked to submit resumes to and fill out applications for the organizations they are interested in. Those selected for interviews will be contacted after the job fair to schedule a time to return.
All prospective Zoo employees must consent to a drug test and background check.
Brevard Zoo is home to more than 800 animals representing 180 species from all over the world. As a not-for-profit organization, it is a leader in the fields of animal wellness, education and conservation.
