Brevard Sheriff’s Office Seeking Information After Two Dogs Shot In Grant Neighborhood

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding an incident that resulted in two dogs being shot on Nov. 10 in the 7000 block of Orchid Tree Drive in Grant.

Authorities say the owners were out searching for their two dogs Friday afternoon around 1:30 p.m. after the dogs went missing when they reportedly heard three gunshots.

Shortly after hearing the gunshots, the owners saw one of the dogs leaving a nearby property on Orchid Tree Drive with a gunshot wound to the hip.

According to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, the second dog was located later in the day with a gunshot wound to the head.

Miraculously, both have survived the gunshots and are currently recovering from their injuries.

The Pet Posse is offering a reward of $1,000 to anyone with information regarding the incident.
