BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – In this episode of “Cookin’ Up Justice With Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey,” a 25- year old cold case is highlighted.

In this case, the body of Shawn Maurice Robinson was discovered on the dirt access road to 2405 Pluckebaum Road in Cocoa, then known as Palm Lake Estates, on September 15, 1992.

During the initial investigation, it was discovered that Mr. Robinson was struck by his own vehicle, a gray four-door 1986 Toyota Camry.

The vehicle was found abandoned approximately one mile away on Jackson Street in Cocoa.

Prior to the incident, at 2:15 a.m., a witness observed Mr. Robinson sitting behind the wheel of his vehicle talking to a man outside the passenger door.
