FWC to Host Commissioner’s Meeting at Radisson Resort at the Port October 2-3

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – You can watch staff presentations and address FWC’s commissioners in person at their next commission meeting, set for Cape Canaveral at Radisson Resort at the Port, located at 8701 Astronaut Boulevard on October 2-3 at 8:30 a.m.

As usual, there will be staff reports, rule proposals and time to speak on agenda items and other topics.

This agenda includes blackfin tuna, spotted sea trout, boating safety, shoal bass, chronic wasting disease and other items.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is committed to providing an opportunity for public input at each Commission meeting.

As standard practice, the Commission will welcome public input regarding agenda items using the approved speaker registration process and time limits.

To accommodate as much input as possible from those attending, the Chairman reserves the right to designate the amount of time given to a topic or speaker, including time donation to other speakers.

With regard to public comment on items not on the agenda, the Commission will have a designated time period on the agenda at the end of day 1, October 2.
