BREAKING: Brevard Sheriff’s Office Investigating Shooting On Camberly Street in Port St. John

BCSO Investigators are on the scene collecting evidence and conducting interviews

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident on Camberly Street in Port St. John. According to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began Friday at approximately 4:30 p.m. when an emergency 911 call was received in reference to a person being shot. Upon the arrival of deputies, a male subject who had been wounded was located inside a residence.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident on Camberly Street in Port St. John. 

According to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began Thursday at approximately 4:30 p.m. when an emergency 911 call was received in reference to a person being shot.

Upon the arrival of deputies, a male subject who had been wounded was located inside a residence.

According to BCSO, an individual related to the incident was also located and detained at the scene.

A preliminary investigation indicates that this is a domestic-related incident.

Homicide agents and Crime Scene Investigators are currently on the scene collecting evidence and conducting interviews.

At this time, the Sheriff’s Office is not releasing the names of the individuals involved in the incident as the investigation is ongoing.
